Mes troubles anxieux is a generative poetry project based on a Twitter bot 🤖. The setup uses the Tracery programming language and generated two posts per day until the platform, which later became X, blocked this type of experimental automation. This artist book presents a selection of 232 poems out of the bot’s 4,701 posts between 2018 and 2023. The setup was updated sporadically over the course of its digital life, enriching its vocabulary with anything that could feed my generalized anxiety disorder, drawing from current events and my life as an artist.
Please note that the pages are printed in black and may have some printing irregularities. This “newspaper” effect was intentional for this artist book project, evoking the fleeting nature of the platform on which the Bot once lived 😌.
