What types of payments are accepted?

Payments can be made by PayPal, Visa and Mastercard.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Merchandise (accessories, stationery, stickers, etc.)
In the event of an error on my part or a manufacturing defect, returns and exchanges are accepted.

Just write to me and, ideally, include a photo of the item concerned so that I can propose the most appropriate solution.

Please read the description of the item carefully and validate the formats before placing your order.

Posters Section
Artworks are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These are final sales.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipments are made via Canada Post.

• Posters and books
  Delivery in Quebec: $12, with tracking number.

• Merchandise (small items)
  Standard Shipping: $5, without tracking (standard mail).
  Tracked shipping: $12, selectable at checkout.

What taxes apply?

Applicable taxes are added automatically when entering the shipping address, at checkout.

Is shipping available internationally?

Not at the moment. Deliveries are currently limited to Quebec.

That said, if you live elsewhere and have a particular interest in an item, please do not hesitate to contact me. A customized solution is sometimes possible.

What are the delivery times?

Posters are printed and packaged with care and shipped within a maximum of 5 business days.
