What types of payments are accepted?

Payments can be made by PayPal, Visa and Mastercard.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Accessories Section
In the event of an error on my part or a manufacturing defect, returns and exchanges are accepted. Just write to me and, ideally, include a photo of the item concerned so that I can propose the most appropriate solution. Please read the item description carefully and confirm the size before placing your order.

Artwork Section
Artworks are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These are final sales. Each work is unique and may have slight imperfections related to the creative process. These are fully assumed by the artist.

What are the shipping costs?

• Art and Books : delivery in Quebec is included in the price.

• Merchandise : Fees are based on postal code, based on Canada Post rates.

Note: Items in the Goods section are produced on demand. They are usually delivered by Canada Post, but an alternative provider may be used, at no additional cost.

What taxes apply?

Applicable taxes are added automatically when entering the shipping address. Only taxes from your Canadian province are applied.

Is shipping available internationally?

Not yet. For the moment, deliveries are limited to Quebec.

That said, if you live elsewhere and have a particular interest in an item, contact me. A solution may be possible.

What are the delivery times?

Goods Section
The items are made on demand. You should provide:

• 5 to 8 working days for manufacturing

• 7-10 business days for delivery (regular mail, no tracking number)

A confirmation email will be sent to you at the time of sending.

Artwork Section
The works are packaged with care and shipped within 5 working days.

A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as it is sent. :-)
