Processes, cultures, gestures and relaxation
Tracks (Arte)
A digital cultural magazine that explores emerging cultures, margins, and forms of contemporary resistance. I like his resolutely punk side and his offbeat look at digital culture, from memes to brain rot phenomena, always off the usual radar. The capsules usually last between 10 and 20 minutes.
GlassGoof
Craftsman Connor Baldwin's chain is dedicated to blown glass. We follow the making of a piece from the first gesture to the final shape. I like the clarity of the explanations and the way the material slowly transforms under our hands and before our eyes. What a fascinating medium!
The CrafsMan Steady Craftin'
We never see him: only his hands, his tools and the materials. The videos are extremely well filmed, almost hypnotic, sometimes close to ASMR, to the point of becoming my contemporary Bob Ross. I love the way he explores all kinds of materials, sometimes complex like soft vinyl, remixes existing figurines and shows the whole process with great clarity and generosity.
